Vicki M. Johnson

Vicki M. Johnson, known as Vicki J., is a Mouthpiece, Life-Changer, & Leader. As a Survival Lifestyle Strategist, she provides mentorship, prescriptive solutions, and measurable results to youth and families.

A motivational leader she is, with strong analytical, organizational, and complex problem-solving skills who measures her success by her RESULTS delivered, and Vicki J. is known by the Life Changing RESULTS she delivers. Vicki is committed to the highest levels of ethical, professional, and personal excellence with in-depth knowledge of multiple work disciplines that build organizations.

Vicki J. or affectionately called, “Ms. Vicki”, is the Visionary, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Pinky Promise International Incorporated [PPI], a non-profit, 501c3 organization that delivers transformational results and holistic development for children, youth, young adults and their families. She justly personifies the creative mastermind of a 21st century businesswoman whose expertise, passion and commitments are multi-faceted and the beneficiaries of her associations and accomplishments are many.

Through TITT – The Imaginative Think Tank, an entity of her personal brand, was birthed her most treasured launch to date, Pinky Promise University, an institute for middle and high school students that equips them with the distinct concepts for real world readiness and empowers them to become CHAMPION LEADERS locally and though out global regions…CHANGING NATIONS.

Another accomplishments of Vicki as CEO of Pinky Promise International includes the creation of “OBE The Eagle”, the signature character created for Obedience Educational Learning. OBE The Eagle promotes positive choices initiatives, character building, integrity training and behavior disciplines in children, teens and adults.

Vicki J. is a proponent for youth to pursue their education without distractions as she was and oft times references her experiences in lessons and presentations to PPI students and youth groups. Vicki matriculated at Albany State University, Truth Bible College & Seminary, American Academy and Dudley University. Her pursuit of degrees include a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership, Bachelor of Arts in Counseling, Associates and Masters of Cosmetology, Hotel Management & Food Management Certification. Ms. Vicki, encourages youth to maximize the college life experience, as during her early collegiate years, notably, she served as Miss Black & Gold for Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Gospel Choir Section Leader and Captain Color Guard of the renowned Albany State Golden Rams Marching Show Band.

Lauded for excellence in performance management, cresting 29+ years in cross-functional Operations Management, Project Management, Hospitality Sales & Management, Marketing Strategies, Contract Negotiations, Organizational Leadership, Human Resources Administration, Training & Development, Budgets & Fiscal Management, Vicki J’s personal mantra is recognized in every assignment and is known internationally as EXCELLENCE…OUR AIM.

She continues to serve as the Managing Principal of The VGA Firm, an independent consulting and management firm that has performed for such clients to include non-profit organizations, national recording artists, professional sports players, religious affiliates, law and public relations firms. In this role, she provided strategic leadership within the areas of business and organizational operations structure/development, marketing, project management, branding, creative insight, publication edits, conference planning, sponsorships, and fundraising.

Vicki J. is a result driven leader with keen expertise maximizing profitability and improving operational performance. Prior to PPI, she served as a Senior Officer with the International Church of God in Christ Incorporated [COGIC], a six million member organization, and the world’s largest African American Pentecostal organization. There she galvanized all proficiencies in her role as Director for the Operations, Housing & Convention Services of the City of Memphis’ largest economic impact event generating $40M in revenues annually as well as the operations management for other national platforms and events. Vicki J. has worked on humanitarian projects benefiting youth and families, is a member of numerous associations, memberships, board of directors and has served in national & local leadership capacities

to include Executive Board Member for the Boys & Girls Club and Pastoral Counselor of Covenant House New Orleans Homeless Shelter for Youth. Vicki J. is the author of several articles in major Hospitality Industry Publications, Commentaries, and Editorials and is currently penning her knowledge, revelation and experiences to script with several books in the fields of leadership, event management and negotiations as well as her personal memoirs. Her Signature Catchphrase, “I Can’t Do The Dumb Stuff” is the inspiration of her newest book to be released 2021, entitled, “No Dumb Stuff This Year”. In an interview, when asked her personal acclaimed accomplishments, Vicki M. Johnson remarked, “the birth of my two daughters, Gabrielle Victoria and Alexis Marie”.
